If a patient is not able to adapt to progressive lenses, EYE-KRAFT will provide replacement lenses of equal or lesser value at no charge. Limit one non-adapt per patient.
90-DAY TRANSITIONS NON-ADAPT WARRANTY
If a patient is not able to adapt to Transitions Lenses within 90 days, EYE-KRAFT will provide clear lenses at no charge. Limit one non-adapt per patient.
PROFESSIONAL ERROR
If your office makes an error on a prescription or examination that requires a remake, return the lenses with the invoice within 30 days and the new prescription will be discounted 50% off the regular price.
